Pets are NPCs that can be used for combat, carrying items, mounts or just companionship.

All pets has their own HP bar. If they are being attacked, they will recover lost HP by draining their master’s HP little by little automatically. Pet’s HP can’t recover if their master’s HP is 1 left. Note that pet will NOT drain your HP until you die. Pet’s HP recovery is possible while walking as long as they are being equipped.

Catty is a translation of the term used in the ネコマタ = "Nekomata" Japanese version of the game which means "Ghost Cat or Spirit Cat". They will appear floating on your right shoulder upon equip. Unlike other pets, Catty pet talks in human language. They also can Heal and cast supportive skills to their master or to their self.

Steps:

1. Talk to a any Trash Can and click Cancel.

   • if your Base and Fame requirement is correct, it will trigger a dialogue, "Meow", "?".
   • then, repeat this until it gives you an Unknown Mustache.

2. Use the Unknown Mustache to teleport and talk to Insmouse.
3. Talk to the fortune teller in north side of Acropolis City Downtown.
4. Talk to the Vates in the White Church in Acropolis City Uptown.
5. Talk to the Light Fairy in Acronia Eastern Beach.

   • Give her a Light Summoning Stone.

6. Return to the Vates in the White Church.
7. Talk to the Seamstress, in Acropolis Uptown.

   • Craft a Triangular Bandage.

8. Use a Piece of Mind to teleport.
9. Talk to the NPC, at the end choose Keep Catty (If you choose Exorcise, you can't get the Catty (Momo), but it's uncertain whether you can try a second time).
10. The Catty should move into your Triangular Bandage.
11. Got Catty (Momo)!! Double-click to equip. ^^v

Note: Catty (Momo) is the most important catty out of all catty sisters. She will be needed in every catty quest. So, don't sell her unless you have all the Cattys or you're not interested in catty pet.

Steps:

1. First, talk to the Elegant Lady in Acropolis City Downtown. She will tell you about some kid hiding in Eastern Acronia Plains.
2. Go to the school in the Eastern Acronia Plains. Don't worry, you can enter the school now for the catty quest only. Talk to the Teacher.
3. She tells you about the East Cape, so off you go to the East Cape. Go to the Guild Merchant East Cape city.
4. Talk to the Guild Merchant and Masha. Masha then tells you to go to her Airship.
5. In Masha's airship, you will be greeted by Masha, her pet, and 2 Guards. Talk to Masha, then her pet to get a Knife Item.
6. Masha then asks you to go meet Gadoo the Hunter at Ghost Shelter.
   • (It's south of Cape Southerin, you need an United Iron South Pass to get past the guard there.)
7. Gadoo will then tell you about the Specialist in Acropolis Downtown who can make a secret path. Go meet him in Acropolis Downtown in the northwest.
8. Pick the first choice to get warped to a place with many Robots and the kid Relo.
9. Talk to Relo, only to be attacked by Giganto. Beat Giganto to get an Event Gigantic Transistor to leave the place.
   • Don't worry if you're beaten by Giganto, you can try again by talking to the Specialist. Giganto has a lot of HP, so it's advisable to bring HP pots whatever restorative items you can have.
   • The room you fight Giganto in has boosted recovery effect, like in towns.
10. You will be at the Iron South Faction Office Room. Talk with the South Faction Leader, Masha, Roulan, Gadoo and Relo.
11. You will get a Catty (Sumire) for completing this quest.

Steps:

1. Talk with the Senior Merchant at Battleship Island (He's with a Red Dragon) to officially start this quest.
2. Choose the top choice two times to agree to deliver his item. He tells you to deliver it to the Merchant Master at the Guild Palace in Acropolis City Uptown.
3. Go to the Guild Palace to talk to the Merchant Master. After that, your character will faint.
4. When you get up, there's a bunch of NPCs gathering around you. Talk to all of the NPCs there to learn that the item you must deliver has been stolen. Just keep talking to them until you can get away from the crime scene.
5. Go back to Battleship Island to report to the Senior Merchant that the item is stolen. He will tell you to meet the Guide Machine in front of the Guild Palace in Acropolis City Uptown.
6. Talk to the Guide Machine in front of the Guild Palace. After that, go talk to the Seamstress in Acropolis City Uptown.
7. Go back to the Machine Guide in front of Guild Palace. Your Catty will say something about a hidden room.
8. Go to the fifth floor of the Guild Palace (If you're an Emil, you need to possess a Titania or Dominion because Emils cannot go to the fifth floor), take the north door to see that you can't pass.
9. Go to the Junk Shop in Acropolis City Downtown to request making a Crystal Quartz item from 1 Crystal or 5 Crystal Fragments.
10. After making the item, go back to the fifth floor of the Guild Palace and take the north door (Again, if you're Emil, possess a Titania or Dominion).
11. In there, you will be faced with a Mysterious Boy. Fight him until he dies, then loot the drop item.
12. Go back to the Merchant Master to finally deliver the item.
13. Report this back to the Senior Merchant at Battleship Island and you will be rewarded with a Catty (Yamabuki) in the end.

  • Heart Ruby is obtained as a drop from Fake Scarecrow in Eastern Dungeon. It is also obtained from a Wooden Box. Alternatively, a Red Crystal 1 may drop from a Fire Crystal in Staff Desert and be refined at a Jeweler with 4 Abradants to get 1 Heart Ruby. 1 Abradant may be refined from an Iron Hammer (bought from any Jewelery shop outside of Acropolis) and 4 Pebble (a drop from Rocks).
  • Galvanized Iron Body is made from 1 Motor, 1 Electell Model, and 1 Pocket Computer.
    • Motor is made from 1 Magnet, 1 Battery, and 1 Coil. Motor is also a very rare drop from BriKing RX１. Magnets are a rare drop from Rocks. Batteries and Coils are uncommon to rare drops from BriKing RX１ and other robots.
    • Electell Model is made from 1 Tin Platesheet, 1 Tin Parts, and 1 Gear. The Gear is given to you for free from the Junk Shop Worker. Tin Platesheet is a common drop from BriKing RX１ and other robots. Tin Parts are an uncommon to rare drop from BriKing RX１ and other robots.
    • Pocket Computer is made from 1 CPU, 1 Memory, and 1 Calculator. All these parts are uncommon to rare drops from BriKing RX１ and other robots.
• Life Crystal is rarely found from Bawoo, Amber Jelly, Loki, BriKing RX１, South Pefang, Rock Eater, Mini Demon, Wooden Box 1, or Wooden Box 2. A Rock may also drop a Life Crystal with the help of a Miner's Ore Knowledge.
• Magic Crystal is rarely found from Green Pururu, Milk Pitcher, Roper, Angel Feather, Dark Feather, Angel Feather, Wooden Box 2, Wooden Box 6, Wooden Box 7, or through Golem item collecting.
• Strength Crystal is rarely found from ChockKo, Cockatrice, Earth Spider, Draki, Cyclops, Tarantula, Gigo, Rock, or Wooden Boxes.
• Critical Crystal is rarely found from Killer Bee, Wasp, Queen Bee, Mini Demon, or Rock Eater. An Ocean Rock may also drop a Critical Crystal with the help of a Miner's Ore Knowledge.

Steps:

1. Talk to the Broken Electell in the Eastern side of Fruit Forest.
2. Talk to the Seamstress in Acropolis City Uptown.
3. Talk to Niccolo in Southern Acronia Plains. He is near the entrance to Acropolis on the west side of the road.
4. Talk to the Junk Shop Worker in Acropolis City Downtown. Choose Yes for both questions he asks you (top options). He will turn your Heart Ruby into an Empty Heart.
5. Talk to the White Church Vates in Acropolis City Uptown. Choose to sacrifice your vitality (top option). He will turn your Empty Heart into a Tin Heart. (DO NOT combine the Galvanized Iron Body with the Tin Heart, that is solely for making an Electell Marionette.)
6. Talk to the Broken Electell again.
7. Talk to Niccolo again.
8. Talk to the Seamstress again. Choose to make another Triangular Bandage using your Cotton Ribbon, Fabric, and Thread.
9. Talk to the Broken Electell again. Choose Yes to pulling the plug (top option).
10. You will receive a Catty (Ai) afterward.

Steps:

1. Talk to the Seamstress in Uptown Acropolis City.
2. Talk to the Miranda the Flower Lover in southeast Tonka Island and enter her house.
3. Talk to the jar inside her house and choose to take it. You will transform into Catty (Anzu). All stats and equipment remain the same.
4. Talk to the Seamstress in Uptown Acropolis City. She will give you an Apricot-colored Triangular Bandage.
5. Talk to the Titania Committee President on the 5'th floor of the Guild Palace in Uptown Acropolis City.
6. Use a Piece of Mind.
7. Talk to Titus and Tita.
8. Talk to Titus again to leave.

   • He will give you Titus Crystal (Event) x 1.

9. Talk to Emil.
10. Go inside the house and talk to Masha.
11. Talk to Emil again to leave. He will teleport you to North Mountain.
12. Go to Eternal North Boundary and take the northwest exit to take the passageway to Icy Island.
13. Use Titus Crystal (Event) to pass through the invisible wall blocking the path to Icy Island. Note: Possessing someone standing on the other side of the invisible wall is one way to bypass this.
14. Talk to the Icy Chief. You will be given an Icy Prism.
15. You must now search for all Catties that you have done a quest for.Note: You may shorten this part by storing all Catties and searching for Catty (Momo) only.
    1. Talk to a Trash Can for Catty (Momo)
    2. Talk to the Broken Electell in Fruit Forest for Catty (Ai).
    3. Talk to Gordo at Battleship Island for Catty (Yamabuki).
    4. Talk to Gadoo in Ghost Shelter for Catty (Sumire).
    5. Talk to Rita in her workshop at Tonka Island for Catty (Akane).
16. After searching for the Catties, go back to Tonka Island and talk to your body and enter it.
17. Talk to the pot again.
18. You will be rewarded with Catty (Anzu).

Steps:

1. Talk to the Hallely Helper in Rita's Workshop on Tonka Island and take it with you.
2. Talk to Meister Will in the northwest part of Tonka Island.
3. Talk to the Airship Engineer at Fareast Mainstreet.
4. Talk to the Hallely Helper at Tonka Island again. You will board an airship.
5. Talk to the Elegant Lady in Downtown Acropolis City.
6. Talk to Masha at the Iron South Faction Headquarters at the southern bridge in Uptown Acropolis City. You will board her airship.
7. Talk to Masha again. You'll be taken to Light Tower Dungeon.
8. Talk to Masha again. Be warned that the Incubi and Robots are aggressive.
9. Proceed down the stairs and make your way through the room and to the exit that leads to outside/exterior area of the fourth floor where Onyx and Incubus are found (Between what look like hexagons on the map below). Destroy the Machine Cluster that appears and get the Computer ROM (Event) item.

10. Go back to Rita's Workshop and talk to Hallely at Tonka Island and choose to board the airship.
11. Talk to Hallely again.
12. Talk to Rita.
13. You will be rewarded with Catty (Akane).

Steps

Note: After starting this quest, you'll turn into Catty Kurumi & Wakana and won't be able to return to your original form until you complete the quest. In Catty form, you aren't able to be possessed, but other than that gameplay is the same.

1. Talk to the Seamstress in Uptown. When you try to leave the room, choose to leave to Masha's Airship.
2. Talk to both Emil and Masha, and you will be taken inside the house.
3. After talking with Masha, you'll receive two triangle bandages as one item.
4. Talk with Masha again, and you'll black out. When you awaken, you'll have transformed into Catty Kurumi & Wakana, and your body is left on the floor. (Note to the girls, unless you want Emil looking up your skirt, you should either wear pants or leggings and preserve your dignity! щ(°Д°щ) )
5. After the event, you'll be returned to the Seamstress's house. Talk to her.
6. Head to Tiny Island and talk to Lakeside Tita, then return to the Seamstress.
7. Talk to the Seamstress. You'll be able to return to Masha's Airship. Talk to Masha in her airship, and you'll be returned to the Seamstress's House.
8. Go back to Tiny Island and talk to Lakeside Tita. You'll need to play three minigames and gather some Pieces in order to return to normal. Be warned: though these games are easy with a guide, if you mess up you'll have to run through a field of Undead.
9. It would be nigh impossible to guide you with only words, so here's the picture step-by-step: Kurumi & Wakana MiniGame
10. Once you're done with the minigames, head to the portal and talk to your body. You'll then have to fight a boss. If your HP is getting low, run from it until it no longer chases you and rest. If your Catty isn't trained, put it back in your inventory so she doesn't get hit by the Ball Magic.
11. After the fight, head to the portal. Talk to your body and you'll give it the three Pieces you had collected.
12. You'll be taken to Masha's Airship, where you should talk to Masha, Emil, and your body. You'll be returned to your body, and you'll receive Catty Kurumi & Wakana.
13. Talk with the seamstress and choose either Kurumi or Wakana to receive a Yellow or Pink Catty Hat and Catty bell.

Congrats, you're done!

Steps

1. While equipping a catty, speak to the Corrugated Cardboard at Heaven's Tower Island (Dominion).
2. Speak to the Seamstress in Uptown, and receive a Green Triangle Bandage.
3. Speak to the Black Church Priest in the Black Vates Church.
4. Using the Holy Black Grail, search for four Power of Life throughout Acronia. Use the Holy Black Grail once in each map until you find the four Power of Life.

5. Return to the Black Church Priest with the 4 Power of Life.
6. Go to Heaven's Tower Island (Dominion) and speak to the Dominion merchant. Choose to go to sleep and enter Sky Tower Island (Dominion) (Night).
7. Speak to the Corrugated Cardboard.
8. Go to Battleship Island (Dominion) (Day) and walk to the gravestone.
9. Return to the Black Church Priest.
10. You will receive Catty (Midori Rebirth)! However, she will only have the Heal skill.
    1. In order to unlock Midori's other skills, you must train her until one of her stats is maxed, then transcend her at the Pet Hermit. Then bring her back to the Black Priest Church and unlock her power.
    2. Note: Midori's power comes at the price of her voice. So, you have the choice of a heal-only but speaking Midori, or a silent but skilled Midori.

Steps

Note: If you aren't a fighter, it's recommended that you either wait until a high level or bring some strong and sturdy pets, as you'll need to climb Iron Volcano and beat a boss twice.

Note 2: Make sure to bring a catty whose coat you like, as you can receive an Acronia Coat that is the same as the catty you choose.

1. Talk with the Bulletin Board in East Uptown.
2. Head to Lake Utena and enter the house to the East, up the cliffs.
3. Talk with the librarian and choose to enter the World of Books.
4. Talk with the Maid and the Queen. The Queen gives you the option of opening either the large chest or the small chest. The large chest will give you 100G, but the small chest will give you a Pururu Staff which is useable by any job.
5. Head to the portal to enter the Acronia Kingdom. Once you reach the end, you'll see a portal guarded by a Bad Merchant and a Bad Adventurer. Though they'll ask you to pay them and give them mushrooms, you can avoid this by sneaking behind them and entering the portal.
6. Climb up the Holy Volcano and talk to the Miko. Leave with them and you'll be able to talk to the Princess.
7. A demon will appear. You'll have to slay it and take its drop before leaving through the portal.
8. Talk to the princess again, and you'll leave the World of Books.
9. Talk to the librarian, then head to Uptown and receive a Blue Triangle Bandage.

1. In ECO Town, speak to the Bodyguard, Gambler Dyne in the Attraction room, Titania, Dominion, and Emil trio in the Lobby, Bunny (Pink), and Interested Man in the Spa.
2. Speak to the old man in the spa, and watch the cutscene.
3. Talk to Catty (Shiro) near the Shiro poster in the ECO Town Shop Zone.
4. Go back to the old man in the spa and receive Fantasy Flower(Event).
5. Go back to the Shiro poster and speak to the Bunny in front of it.
6. In the dream, speak to Bunny no. 1.
7. Go back to the old man in the spa.
8. Speak to Herschel, the middle-aged Titania man with an overly large sword.
   1. If you haven't completed Saga 8, he will appear at the southern part of Titania Beach.
   2. If you have completed Saga 8 and are a male character, he will appear either by the Shop Zone fountain or behind a pot in the Changing Room (Male).
   3. If you have completed Saga 8 and are a female character, he will appear either by the Shop Zone fountain or near the Locker Room.
   4. He may also appear inside the Abyss of the Mouth (Whale Rock), near the tables.
9. Go to the Silk Gate Passage in West Fort and speak to Supplier Doga. Choose to help Doga-chan.
10. Go to Step Canyon (Night) and use the pocket Doga.
11. Click on the flowers scattered throughout the map and pluck them. You may need a pet to kill the monsters around the flowers, but the monsters are not very strong despite looking like the over-level-100 monsters in Abyss. Also, the map has Natural Recovery, so your HP, MP, and SP will recover over time.

12. After retrieving the flowers and returning to the starting point, the player will fight a boss battle after transforming into Doga, who is actually incredibly powerful and amazing despite his effeminate personality.

13. After the battle, you'll be returned to Battleship Island (Day). Head on back to ECO Town in the Emil world.
14. Speak to Bunny no. 1 in front of the Shiro poster in the Shop Zone.
15. Speak to the old man in the spa and receive a Descent Triangle Headband.
16. Go to the Shop Zone and double click the headband. In a dialogue, make sure to choose "lips". Congrats, you've gotten Catty (Shiro)!
17. As a bonus, you can receive a Catty Shiro's Brooch from the Seamstress if you chose lips in one of the dialogues with Shiro.

After becoming a Breeder, talking to the people in the Breeder Guild begins a quest at Mai Mai Island which ends with you receiving a Dark Dragon. Once you unlock this quest, any time you enter the island the map will change to suit the quest. So, until you finish it, you can't enter normal Mai Mai Island unless you possess someone else.

To do the quest, you will walk to the north part of Mai Mai Island and speak with the breeders there. Arc and his two pets, a trained White Wolf and a trained Golden Wolf, will attack you. High level fighters (such as Blademasters with Specter) can easily kill them; however, there are other tactics to killing them if you can't do it from the get-go.

Arc is the most annoying of the three; he has heavy hits and he goes berserk after a certain amount of his HP is gone. However, he is incredibly slow. To make the fight easier, you should run as soon as you're transported to the battle map. Only the wolves should follow you. If you're lucky, you can run enough that only one wolf will still be following you. If you're a supporting character, bring a pet or many spell scrolls to attack the wolf. (As a breeder, you should have a trained pet, right?)

Once both wolves are down, go back to where Arc is and beat him. He only has physical attacks, so if you can reduce his attack power, do so. If you don't have a healing skill, make sure to bring some healing items, since Arc can deal hundreds of damage per hit if you don't buff yourself or debuff him.

Once he's down, you'll receive your Dark Dragon and Mai Mai Island will return to normal.
