Exposing Diermant's Illegal Activities

This quest halves the fee for entering Light Tower, unlocks shop items from the NPCs at the Merchant Guild Headquarters in Morg, and reduces item price those (need confirmation).

• Speak to Jiggi in the Morg Governmental Office and listen to what he has to say. Offer to help him when prompted.
• Head to the Fighter Guild Branch next door and speak with Violeta. Mention you're from Jiggi.
• Go down to Diermant Private Refinery,just south of the Morg Governmental Office, and speak with Hinmel, who will ask you to find someone at Light Tower.
• This Suspicious Man is on the walkway that connect the the A and B tower between floors A8 and B8.
• The Suspicious Person won't have what you're looking for, so now you have to head outside to the ground level of Light Tower.
• Go to the docks in the west, and go to the furthest point west where an event should trigger if you pass over the right spot.
• After that report back to Jiggi to complete the quest and receive 5,000G as part of your reward.
