How to get :
- Use Flame Wing, It will take you meet with NPC Homura at Southern Dungeon B3F.
- Take a Volcanic Stone, Andante Ash and Beak to Salamander at the top of Iron volcano and you will get a medicine.
- Use Flame wing again to give a medicine to homura.
Flame Wing (Drop from Phoenix)
Volcanic Stone (Drop from Volcanic Bomb)
Andante Ash (Drop from Andante)
- Trade a Mila ring or a Lila ring from Infinite Corridor Quest with Old Man at Uptown (Random)
