1. Go to Hell Desert (Day). This is the Dominion World mirror of Killer Bee Hill.
2. Go to the cave in the circle (Note, there are no monsters in the cave):
3. Talk to Bluffsky at the end of the cave.
4. Go to the tent in the red circle and talk to the Camper. Choose to go to sleep (second choice).
5. Head to the cave in Hell Desert (Night) and talk to the signboard.
6. Go back to Hell Desert (Day) by talking to the camper again. Bluffsky will tell you he's hungry and asks for 10 Purplish Red Meat.
7. To get them, you have to kill Purple Chimera monsters. It's recommended that you bring a Vates with Holy Bolt to attack, as they deal the most damage. A Swordsman with Specter Sword also fights well against it. The Chimera uses AoE dark magic, so move frequently. The Drop rate is low, so make sure to be patient. Also, watch out for the DEM Field Champion while you hunt the Chimera.
8. Talk to Bluffsky and choose to give him the meat.
9. Return to the tent and enter the cave in Hell Desert (Day). Talk to Bluffsky, who will tell you his son wants a new toy. You'll receive a Failure(?).
10. Head to West Fort's Junk Shop and exchange the Failure(?) for a Letter.
11. Talk to Bluffsky at Night, and he will tell you to come back tomorrow. At Daytime, you can try to give him the letter, but he won't accept it just yet. At Night again, talk to him and give him the letter.
12. In Hell Desert (Day), return to the cave and check the signboard.
13. Head to West Fort and enter the Resistance Headquarters. Speak with Bluffsky and the Resistance Leader.
14. At Night, talk and listen to Bluffsky as he cries.
15. Return to Daytime and talk to Bluffsky. He'll offer to sell you Marionette Bluffsky for 100,000 gold, but choose to reject (first option) to lower the price. The lowest price you can haggle for is 50,000 gold. If you try to lower it, you won't get the marionette.
After paying, you'll receive the marionette. Have fun!
