The Appearance of player characters is highly customizable.

[edit] Physical appearance

Some characteristics, such as gender, face and skin color, can only be chosen when you are creating a new character. However, hair style and color can be changed at any point if you want.

Faces

During the character creation process you can select one the many different faces for your character.

Hair styles

You can select one of the several hair styles during character creation. You can change your hair style later by visiting a hair stylist.

Hair colors

There is a small selection of hair colors to choose from when you're creating your character. There are a wide variety of other colors available from the various dyes available in the game.

Item fusion

Players can combine equipment items of the same variety to create a new item that has the looks of one item, but the stats and performance of another. This allows players to customize the look of their character and equipment.
